Through my own personal experience with my daughter, I have discovered that birth is such a beautiful and natural process.  As a doula, my role is to relax and ease the transition without fear or modesty.  Trust is the most fundamental aspect of this, so this must be gained prior to the beginning of labour.  I offer as many follow up appointments as needed to gain this trust, and if we are not a match than I will refer you to another great doula.
